About the Author
Dr. C. Thomas Olivo held a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Science and PhD degrees. He was a machinist, a T&I and vocational teacher & a professor and founder of Delmar Publishers. He was also a recipient of the ASME award for international meritorious service and the author and editor of over 60 vocational textbooks & 500 publications. Thomas P. Olivo holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Industrial Education degrees and is a Draftsman and an IA and T&I teacher and professor as well. Mr. Olivo is the President of C. Thomas Olivo Associates and the author of seven vocational textbooks.
